Goods may be subjected to exchange within 07 days from the date of purchase.
Exchange of goods will be carried out on weekdays from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm only.
Customers that receive e-bills must forward the received e-bill to the respective branch's email address from the email address of the customer that received the e-bill, to initiate a return process, if any.
Only after we receive an email from the Original owner of the products as per the invoice, we shall initiate the return process.
